Alice specializes in procurement and supply chain management, who has been a supply chain director in International group company Asia platform over 17 years and 4 years strategic procurement manager in Well-known listed company, has rich global procurement and supply management capabilities and experience, good brand management capabilities, training capabilities, cost management, risk control and assessment, troubleshooting & emergency handling capabilities, good negotiation and communication skills, an excellent strategic procurement manager with strong comprehensive ability, excellent ability of systematical management, mature, dynamic and honest, ability to work independently and resourceful. High sense of responsibility is desirable, work well with a multi-cultural and diverse work force, and can cultivate excellent talents for the team.

Amihay Lapid is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of leadership experience at WCP, where he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s operational excellence, strategic growth, and business development initiatives across multiple global markets.

As COO, Amihay oversees the company’s core operations, optimizing performance through innovative management practices and a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. His strategic mindset and deep understanding of business processes have played a key role in aligning operational frameworks with long-term corporate objectives.

Adam Fishman serves as the Vice President of International Business Development – Defense at Zoombang, a leader in impact protection technologies. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s global defense partnerships, strategic alliances, and market expansion initiatives.
