Mr. Kevin Gilday is a distinguished expert in international business development, with over three decades of experience navigating the complex intersection between government policy and private enterprise. Renowned for his strategic insight and high-level negotiation skills, he has built an extensive global network of senior contacts among government officials, business leaders, and multinational corporations.

Throughout his 30-year career, Mr. Gilday has successfully assisted private clients in identifying and capitalizing on global business opportunities. In addition to his corporate advisory work, he has provided strategic counsel to government officials in Russia, Slovakia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tunisia, Kuwait, and El Salvador—contributing to the implementation of national economic policies and security frameworks.

Early in his career, Mr. Gilday was affiliated with the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI), a federally funded think tank focused on national security affairs. During his time at FPRI, he authored the thesis “Solutions to Impediments to Technological Modernization in Saudi Arabia” (1983), reflecting his deep expertise in geopolitical and technological policy. He later became associated with the Institute of World Policy (IWP), a Washington, D.C.-based research organization dedicated to analyzing domestic and international security threats. His thesis on Chinese Counterintelligence Operations remains on the internal reading lists of several U.S. national security institutions.

A native of Delaware, Mr. Gilday earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) in Philadelphia.
